This is a year-long course that begins with all new converts and members. Those that make a profession of faith are assigned a membership mentor and an elder overseer. All three work together to determine the appropriate time for baptism and to develop a PDP (Personal Discipleship Plan) that will involve Bible engagement plan, Prayer strategy, gift analysis, and more.
